Structural Galvanized Pipes – Sendzimir

Mairon Galati S.A. is a trader of Galvanized Pipes produced through:

  • Cold Forming and Longitudinal welding CIF of the Galvanized Strips and coating of the welding cord with Zn
  • Galvanized pipes have circular, square and rectangular cross section

Steel Grades

  • Galvanized Steels according to EN 10346. Steel Grades: DX51D+Z100 ÷ DX51D+Z275
  • Engineering Steels according to EN 10305-3, 5. Steel Grades: E195 – E355, in the state of delivery: +CR1 or + CR2

Dimensional Range

Round Galvanized welded pipes:

  • Outer Diameter: starting with 16 mm
  • Wall Thickness: starting with 0.50 mm

Square Galvanized Welded Pipes:

  • Sections: starting with 10×10 mm
  • Wall Thickness: starting with 0.50 mm

Rectangular Galvanized Welded Pipes:

  • Sections: starting with 15x10mm
  • Wall Thickness: starting with 0.50 mm

Technical Data

  • Zn coating Mass: 100 ÷ 275 g/m²;
  • Dimensions, Dimensional, Shape and Mass Tolerances , according to EN 10219-2; EN 10305-3; EN 10305-5
