MAIRON continues to produce hundreds of thousands of kilometers of welded hollow sections
In Gaesti, Romania, MAIRON is producing Cold Formed Welded Hollow Sections, in compliance with EN 10219
MAIRON provides for his beneficiaries a wide range of welded hollow sections, produced on five technological lines: BTM 160, BTM 320, BTM 520, BTM400, BTM 160-ZN and BLR.
Steel grades
- Structural steels, weldable according to EN 10219-1. Available on stock: S235JRH, S355J2H
Dimensional range depending on the cross section:
- Circular, Diameters: 16 – 165 mm
- Square, Dimensions: 15×15 – 120×120 mm
- Rectangular, Dimensions: 10×20 – 100×120 mm
- Wall thickness: 0.7 – 6.0 mm
- Length: usual 6 m or according to the inquiry
- Weight of bundle: max. 3 tons

- Welded Hollow Sections are able to galvanizing Class 1, or 3, according to EN 10219-1
